Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
